Wicket Amigurumi

I made this little guy yesterday. I am hoping to write a pattern next week. I am really excited about making more nerdy Amigurumi, I really enjoy doing it and I think that’s probably where my shop/blog is headed. Although there will always be other bits and bobs too.

In other news, the chocolate boxes arrived today although I decided I need a couple of other bits together before they go up on the shop but I am really excited about them too.

More Inspiring Geeky knits

As promised, I have collated alot more nerdy inspiration from the world of knitting and crochet. I have been busy with my own Geeky crochet adventures the last few weeks, I will share some of those later, but first some appreciation for the lovely things that others have made.

As I have said before, I like Ewoks. Some people find this somehow offensive but whatever I think they are awesome. This furry Wicket hat is awesome! I need it … now. Sadly it’s no longer available though 😦

However, whilst we are on the subject of awesome crochet hats I think I’d quite like this one too! What’s even better is that this pattern is available for free on Raverly!

You can make some pretty awesome rugs/blankets this may. This Nyan cat is made out of lots and lots of different coloured granny squares. it’s like a mosaic but with yarn. I found this here
